(These are NOT necessarily associated with email logins and passwords. Please
read the instructions carefully.) The Intranet can be accessed only from the MCSD WAN.

Web-based email is available to employees
who have been assigned MCSD email addresses.
Webmail can be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet.
Use the same login name and password you currently use in your email
program (Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express).
When you use your
email program, your email is downloaded to your
computer's hard drive and is automatically deleted from the MCSD email server;
therefore, you cannot access those messages again from Web-based email.
You have a limited
amount of space on the MCSD email server. If you do not
routinely download your email or delete it from the server in
Webmail, your mailbox will become full and you will be unable to
receive additional messages.
