Grade 19 - 240 day position. Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position reports to the Chief Academic Officer. The Executive Assistant to the Chief Academic Officer is responsible for general office management. General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Provides assistance to CAO in developing and managing Division budget; coordinates a variety of programs and/or activities such as Division Calendar, scheduling workshops, general task assignments, reimbursements, and purchase requests; maintains files and records, composes and prepares written documents such as memos, reports and letters in support of division needs; researches issues for CAO.
The successful candidate for this position should have the following: 3-5 years successful performance supporting senior leadership position; working knowledge of office financial planning & managing budgets; demonstrates excellence in task management, organizational skills, written and oral communication skills, employee relations, and customer service; must have the ability to successfully work with individuals at every level of the organization; must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Master Collection CS4 to include InDesign and Photoshop; bookkeeping principals, basic office skills, and basic office equipment. The position also requires a sense of urgency, successfully demonstrating the ability to work independently in a fast paced office environment.

Bus Driver Trainee - April 26-29, 2010; High School Diploma or GED is required. Applicant must have a valid Georgia Driver's License. If applicant has an out of state license, it must include the following: Commercial Driver's License and Passenger Endorsement. Applicant must be mature and a responsible individual. Applicant must have, or pass, a written examination for Commercial Driver's License. Must meet Department of Transportation physical requirements for bus driver.
