ANY CANDIDATE WISHING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR ANY POSTED CLERICAL POSITION MUST HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED THE MCSD CLERICAL ASSESSMENT. THIS ASSESSMENT INCLUDES BASIC OFFICE MATH, ALPHABETIZING, GRAMMAR AND SPELLING, PROOFREADING, KEYBOARD SKILLS (MINIMUM SPEED 35 WPM FOR GRADES 14 - 16; MINIMUM SPEED 50 WPM FOR GRADES 17 AND ABOVE), BUSINESS LETTER FORMATTING USING MS WORD. CLERICAL POSITIONS PAID ON MONTHLY SCHEDULE.
EXTERNAL CANDIDATES - Must have completed the MCSD Online Application and the Clerical Assessment prior to the closing date for these positions. An interest letter for each position is required; no copies will be made by MCSD due to the high volume of applicants.
INTERNAL CANDIDATES - Interested internal employees must also submit an interest letter and copy of their resume for each position applied for; no copies will be made by MCSD due to the high volume of applicants.

Bus Driver Trainees - December 1-4, 2009. High school diploma or GED is required. Applicant must have a valid Georgia Driver's License with 8 years driving experience. If applicant has an out of state license it must include the following: Commercial Driver's License and Passenger Endorsement. Applicant must be mature and a responsible individual and must have, or pass, a written examination for Commercial Driver's License. Must meet DOT physical requirements for bus driver.
